Brush strip seals consist of 5 brush section sizes, ranging from 12mm to 180mm filament lengths (as shown below), Each section is available with corresponding 180°, 90° and °45 aluminium angle carriers and available in 2.0mt, 2.5mt & 3.0mt strip lengths

 Overview:

  • Extruded filaments from Type 6 nylon
  • Good wearing & memory
  • Working temperature range -40⁰C to +100⁰C
  • Mill finish extruded aluminium carrier
  • Available in: 2.0, 2.5 & 3.0 metre lengths
  • More sizes and configurations available upon request

Easy to order steps:

1. Choose brush section size (see below)

2. Choose aluminium angle carrier: 180°, 90° or °45

3. Choose required length: 2.0mt, 2.5mt or 3.0mt

Important:

The galvanized steel channel which house the nylon filaments must be sealed to avoid filament loss. This can be accomplished by pinching the end of the channel with pliers.
All seals should be fitted with the door or window in the closed position.
The seals should be fitted so that the brush filaments are in firm contact with the mating surface. 
Care should be taken not to overflex the trim against the mating surface.
