The ARCTIC-GUARD temperature zoning, insulated bulkhead is a regular fixture in the leading temperature vehicle fleets across the UK.

The core is constructed using EPS (expanded polystyrene), a closed-cell moisture resistant material designed to resist water ingress and bacteria forming.

Easy-Glide Aluminium Track & Roller System

Designed to offer the end-user optimum weight saving. Using aluminium components ensures the aesthectics are enhanced whilst offering strength and significant weight savings, compared to galvanized versions.

12 Metre travel split lane system - incorporates the centre 'J' track system, saving 79kgs compared to the 'industry standard' galvanized versions.

CG Rotation Bar

Optional for track mounted bulkheads, the aluminium profile replaces the galvanized steel tube and hanging brackets, offering a one-piece solution with hidden fixings ensures the look and feel of a premium product, at an affordable price. 

Lightweight Aluminium Rollers

Traiditional steel rollers have been upgraded to aluminium, offering a rust-free product with significant weight saving advantages. They also benefit from nylon bushes, ensuring the bar rotate smoothly.

Easy-Lift Lifting & Storing Device

The ‘Easy-Lift’ mechanism is fitted as standard on all Roof Mounted Systems, which allows the bulkhead to be effortlessly lifted and stored. The integrated ‘CG-Cleat’ grips the rope when being lifted, to avoid the bulkhead slipping and then self-locks when in the desired position, holding the unit firmly against the roof. All ‘CG-Cleats’ have been fully tested to a breaking strength of 230kgs, so you can be confident in the fact that once the bulkhead is stored, it will remain stored!

UHMWPE Skidguards

All bulkheads are fitted, as standard, with a heavy-duty PE skid-guard. This prevents damage to the bottom of the unit when being operated and scuffed along the vehicle floor. It also prevents lower damage from trolleys, cages, pallets etc., this offers a great barrier against costly repairs and down-time. The skidguard can be supplied in heights of 150mm and 250mm.

• Corner cut-outs, can be shaped to accommodate ducting/conduit etc.
• Side wings with velcro tabs sewn onto the polyester hinge, allowing the wings to be held against the bulkhead when being stowed
